As a certified Wellness Inventory Practitioner and Coach with a background in mindfulness and yoga, Jackie takes a holistic, personalized approach that nurtures the whole person—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through one-on-one coaching and group work, she creates a supportive space for self-discovery, guiding clients toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and resilience.

60 minute Relaxation Massage $100

Jackie offers a 60 minute relaxation massage as a soothing and rejuvenating experience designed to melt away stress, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation. Using gentle, flowing strokes and calming techniques, this massage helps to improve circulation, release muscle tightness, and restore a sense of balance and well-being.  

WellBeing Coaching Session $125 

60 minutes in person or virtual 

Jackie offers wellbeing coaching sessions as a personalized and supportive space designed to help you create balance, improve your overall wellness, and cultivate a lifestyle that aligns with your values and goals. Whether you want to reduce stress, boost your energy, enhance your mindset, or develop healthier habits, this session provides the guidance and tools you need.

 

During our session, we’ll explore your current challenges, identify areas for growth, and create an actionable plan to help you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll gain clarity, motivation, and practical strategies to support lasting positive change in your daily life.
