Aaron Mead is a certified breathwork instructor and coach with extensive experience guiding individuals and groups through transformative breathing practices. He specializes in breathwork for nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional balance, as well as Resilience Breathing, a personalized approach to improving overall breathing patterns and health to optimize wellness for mind and body. His work also incorporates behavioral transformation and personal narrative re-patterning, helping clients access lasting change on a physiological, psychological and spiritual level.

Aaron’s sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals, helping clients achieve various benefits including reduced stress and anxiety, depression and trauma relief, enhanced sleep and mood, burnout relief, improved endurance and recovery, and optimized overall health and well-being. He draws on years of experience in meditation, music, fitness, the recovery field, and other transformational modalities to provide safe, effective, and evidence-informed techniques for wellness and performance for the mind, body and spirit.

Resilience Breathing

Sessions are $100 for 60 minutes

1-on-1 Breathwork Sessions 

Immerse yourself in guided, personalized rhythmic breathing practices done to music and designed to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and release stress. These sessions are tailored specifically to your needs, helping you:
