Transformational breathwork is a breathing process that helps to open restricted patterns of breathing, integrate and clear the subconscious mind and help you connect more fully with higher forms of consciousness.

 

In this workshop, you will:

• Be introduced to the power of breath
• Experience an introductory breath session
• Learn how to correct restrictive breathing patterns
• Learn techniques for increasing your energy level and sense of well being
• Gain tools to manage stress, connect with source and actively participate in your own healing

Join us as you are guided in a safe and sacred space to understand who you are and why you do the things you do.  Come change in a playful, yet powerful way through your breath and your knowing.  You will leave the afternoon energized and more in touch with yourself.

Please note that appointments with Providers can be made outside these hours.  Also, if you are on your way home and need to stop by for a product, just give us a call.  Many days Kris or I are here later, and if we know you are coming, we will let you come in.

Parking is again available in front of The Center all day every day.  MoDOT has taken down the no parking signs they put up during the I-64 construction.  Parking has increased; the meters are now $.75/hour and they are only good for an hour.  Also, of importance is that meter hours have been extended  and you now need to feed the meters until 8:00pm Mondays through Saturdays.  The parking meters are free on Sundays and Holidays.
